Scope
These terms apply to all sales of products on the Convama website (convama.com) to consumers in Metropolitan France (natural persons acting for non-commercial purposes). You have the right to review and save these terms before confirming an order.
Product Information
Product descriptions, photos, and specifications on the website are intended to be accurate but may have slight colour or display variations. If a product materially differs from its description, you may rely on the statutory conformity guarantee (garantie légale de conformité) to request a return or refund.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in Euros, inclusive of VAT (TTC). Shipping is free. Convama reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but prices confirmed in an order will not change.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This confirmation constitutes proof of contract formation. Convama reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases: out-of-stock items, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be fully refunded.
Statutory Guarantees
All products benefit from the following statutory guarantees:
Legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité): products must match their description and function normally, for 2 years after delivery.
Legal guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés): for defects existing at the time of purchase but not discovered then, for 2 years from discovery, and within a maximum of 5 years from purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Convama is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or purchase of products. The statutory guarantees above do not affect your legal rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, software) is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without Convama's written permission is prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we recommend first contacting us at info@convama.com to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you may contact the French consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation). The mediator's contact details will be provided in your order confirmation email. You may also submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
