Delivery Area

Convama currently ships within Metropolitan France only. We do not deliver to Corsica, overseas departments, or overseas territories. If your delivery address falls outside Metropolitan France, please contact us to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. We do not process shipments on weekends or French public holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or before a public holiday may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Metropolitan France takes 3 to 5 business days from the date the carrier collects your parcel. Remote areas (mountain regions, border municipalities) may require an additional 1 to 2 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within Metropolitan France. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay. No additional shipping charges will be applied.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If tracking information has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting the parcel before signing for it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and ask the carrier to record the issue. For transport damage discovered after signing, please follow the process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
