Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without providing a reason. This is the statutory right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) under French consumer law. If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and all accompanying documents. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not affect your right of withdrawal. Items showing clear signs of use, severely damaged packaging, or missing accessories may be refused or subject to a deduction.

The following items are not eligible for return: custom-made items, opened hygiene or personal care products, activated software or digital content, and perishable goods.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact info@convama.com to request a return. To help us process your request efficiently, include the following:

  • Purchase location and date

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos of the item

  • Reason for your dissatisfaction (for quality issues, please describe the problem)

We will respond with the return address and instructions. You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (statutory withdrawal right), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will complete the refund within 14 calendar days, including standard shipping costs. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We will notify you by email or phone once the refund has been completed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or PayPal's processing cycle.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process above to obtain a refund, then place a new order.
