Payment Security
All online payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateway. Your card details are not stored on Convama's servers. Payment pages use SSL encryption (https:// prefix in the address bar) to ensure data security during transmission.
Currency
All transactions are settled in Euros (EUR).
Failed Payments
If a payment does not complete successfully, no order is created and you are not charged. Payment failures may occur due to: insufficient card balance, issuer declined transaction, failed 3D Secure verification, or PayPal account issues. We recommend contacting your card issuer or trying an alternative payment method.

You will receive an invoice by email once your order is dispatched. For paper invoices or other invoicing requests, please contact info@convama.com.
